Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all seals intact
  • Include original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not included in our non-returnable items list

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened hair color products (Hair Color, Developer, Coloring products)
  • Personal care items (Cleansing, Body-care, Anti-residue products once opened)
  • Fragrances (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened hair treatments (Hair Mask, Hair B-tox, Hair Straightening products)

2Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number with detailed return instructions.

3Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging, include your Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside, and ship to:

4Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your return status.

Refund Information

After approval, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The timing of when funds appear in your account depends on your payment method:

Refund Amount

Your refund includes the full purchase price of returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
