Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not included in our non-returnable items list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened hair color products (Hair Color, Developer, Coloring products)
  • Personal care items (Cleansing, Body-care, Anti-residue products once opened)
  • Fragrances (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened hair treatments (Hair Mask, Hair B-tox, Hair Straightening products)
  • Flip-flops (for hygiene reasons)

These restrictions help us maintain the highest standards of product safety and hygiene for all our customers.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information. You can use the template below to ensure you include all necessary details.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number along with detailed instructions for returning your item(s).

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging, include your Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package, and ship to:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your return.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

After we approve your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Refund Amount

Your refund will include the full purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you’re exchanging an item for a different product:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate in your email which product you’d like to exchange for
  • If the exchange item has a different price, we will process a refund or charge the difference accordingly
  • We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive and inspect your return

Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments unless the exchange is due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Items
